Empowerment Coaching works with your emotions or vibrational state. Unprocessed negative emotions from old traumas and experiences hold you in lower emotional states, keep you “stuck”, and keep you from your REAL self. Empowerment coaching works with the Map of Consciousness using a step-by-step framework to help process negative emotions such as shame and advances you to a higher emotional state such as courage.

Resulting in the ability to take “action” and to live from your REAL self.

Soulwork

When you work on a soul level you are working with the past, present, future, AND ancestral lines. Challenges from the present moment may be ancestral or rooted in a past life—we can determine where your challenges began (roots) by accessing the soul’s memory through the subconscious.

PSYCH-K works with our belief system. Our negative beliefs block us and interrupt our whole brain state and we go into a “brain dominance” (split-brain) way of life. This causes self-limiting and self-sabotaging behaviors. PSYCH-K is a process that identifies your negative beliefs at a subconscious level by using a brain-balancing process.
